How we handle information submitted through this website and the RuleNorth launch list.

Information you provide
When you join the RuleNorth launch list, we collect your email address, the time you consented, and the public page where you opened the form. Do not submit customer names, order details, screening evidence, credentials, or other merchant data through this website.
How we use the information
We use the launch list to tell you when RuleNorth is ready to install from the Shopify App Store and to share important launch details. We do not sell the list or use it for unrelated advertising.
Website analytics and security
We record aggregate page views and interactions such as opening or completing the launch form. These events contain the public page, action placement, broad request country, and time. They do not contain your email address, IP address, Shopify data, order data, or a persistent user identifier.
Cloudflare hosts the website, stores launch-list consent records, provides aggregate analytics, and protects the form with Turnstile. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and secure the service.
Email delivery
Resend stores launch-list contacts and will deliver future RuleNorth launch emails. Those emails will include unsubscribe controls. No email is sent when you first join the list.
Retention and your choices
We keep a launch-list record until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or 90 days after the first general-availability message, whichever comes first. Operational records needed to honour an unsubscribe request may be retained for longer.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your launch-list information by emailing us from the address you used to subscribe.
Shopify app data
This notice covers the public website and launch list. A separate product privacy notice will describe the Shopify app's handling of merchant, order, and screening information before the app becomes available.
